We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:



  • Information we receive from you on applications and other forms such as your name, physical and email address, telephone number, social security number, assets and income.
  • Information about your transactions with us or others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.
  • Information we receive from credit reporting agencies, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.



WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE



We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties such as financial service providers to assist us in servicing your account, to government entities in response to subpoenas and to credit bureaus.




OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES



We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We require independent contractors and outside companies who work with us to adhere to strict privacy standards through their contracts with us. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. If you decide to close your account or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy practices as described in this notice.
